The Adjudicatory Board for Major Ports (ABMP) constituted under Section 58(1) of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 collects and processes personal data through this e-filing portal/Career Portal for registration, user authentication, filing and processing of applications, communication, management of proceedings and compliance with legal obligations.

Personal data may be accessed by the ABMP, authorised officers of the ABMP, concerned parties to proceedings and authorised service providers engaged for operation of the e-filing system/Career Module , strictly for lawful and official purposes.
